Social Media Club NYC meets the beginning of November with 2 hot topics -

1. Google Wave - What the heck is it and how is it going to change the Social Media World (if at all)?

2. FTC Guidelines - Bloggers won't be fined, but how should marketers effectively work with Bloggers to stay out of hot water?

Join early adopters Howard Greenstein and Content Nation author John Blossom to talk about their adventures since catching the early early beta of Google Wave to discuss "What does Wave work for?" and "How will it be used in the future?" At Social Media Club, everyone is part of the discussion, so bring your questions and your opinions.

Then, join our special guests including Lorrie Thomas, a marketing educator, writer, strategist,nationally-recognized web marketing expert to talk about the FTC Guidelines and how they're relevant to you as a marketer, advertiser, or blogger.

Thanks again to PR Newswire for hosting us at their 350 Hudson St. space.

Cost: $10 (+ eventbrite fee) for Non-Members, SMC National Members, Free.
